Just PC PSUs any good?

I've heard of them. Never used them. Can't make out the UL number on Newegg's site, but can make out "17A" for the 12V rail, which isn't really good for any current PC. Maybe a Socket A with an AGP card at the most.

They are usually Russian Roulette.
 
The quality of these varies - they are like Rosewill in that they use multiple OEM's. The better ones are Channel Well and Sirtec IIRC, and the worst are Deer. I wouldn't run one myself.
