Just overclocked first time.

At first i tried 30%...didnt work, then i tried 20%...did not work..and this lady kept yelling over my speakers....CPU FAILED!!! lol...so i tried 15% and go this...pretty cool i guess...i am n00b soo...Anyway i can make it straight to 4.0?

You have to play around in your bios and set the FSB manually to the right number for it to get right on the nose...maybe 235 or so?

Yeh i'm a complete n00b when it comes to OC'ing...so please help me out.

Also Zalman Copper 120mm fan on the CPU and my case has 3 Vantec Tornado fans and 3 regular fans, and one of the 90mm tornado fans also is directly in front of cpu and memory...so i don't think cooling should be anyproblem...but noise is lol.

I don't know what your bios looks like, so I can't really tell you where to go and do it . Did you look at any of the OCing guides?
