Just built PC, no POST, no video

Motherboard and CPU came in a combo bundle.
I put everything together in the case, no POST or video. Fans spin though. so I took out the video card, and used onboard, still no video. I tried it out of the case, same thing. I took the RAM out, gave me a RAM error code beep. I tried a different motherboard, same thing. I'm thinking it's the CPU? Anyone have any ideas?

It would help if you listed the entire specs of your PC.

In addition, check the stickied "Basic Troubleshooting Guide" for more info on what to do when your PC does not POST.
