Not really, but do you think someone is going to get in trouble when Apple sees an iPod Touch in Radioshack's circular that has been pre-hacked?

Apple will be stoked to discover that a jailbroken iPod is hanging out in one of America's most-viewed ads, and we're equally sure that buyers will be pleased to learn they don't really get an IM application with their purchase.

everyone would have understood if it said "hacked" iPod touch / iPhone.


Many big companies use stock photos or image services that provide stock photos for consumer electronics. Something tells me that the photo service / image company ganked a high-res image from the internet not aware of what it was...or their photographer has a hacked iPhone ;)

Anyone with a iPod Touch or iPhone instantly knows something aint right with that picture.
