I say he should be forced to play GTA4 on multiplayer as part of his community sentence.
Disbarment, heck I think it should be dismemberment. .
It's about time, he's clearly misused the legal system as a political lobbying platform. Many others have and continue to do so, but he's definately in the running as the most obviously blantant abuser of this type.

That and he violated a restraining order by attacking a person/company's family who had one against him.
I pray this guy winds up broke and homeless
Can this man still practice law in other states?
If so, I hope this is the first step towards him being disbarred everywhere.
I hope this man ends up as Saddam's personal bitch when he goes to hell.
Well that's one crazy ass douch bag, Lord of the Sith, out of the way
Listen too all of you. Talking about how he should be raped, killed,...
You are proving him to be right (to some extent) in your actions.
The Florida Bar asked for an "enhanced disbarment" in the disciplinary hearing of Jack Thompson, held earlier this afternoon. The recommendation means Thompson would be disbarred and prohibited for applying to practice law again for ten years, according to 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida spokesperson Eunice Sigler.
Thompson's sentencing hearing apparently ended in the attorney walking out of the courtroom after saying the judge did not have the authority to hear his case, a reader who sat in on the hearing told us.
Since the story linked to today did not have comments I thought I would bring this story back up.
On the front page is a link to s article about Jack going to court today for a hearing.
It would appear that he walked out on the hearing.

Oh I remember that episode, I forgot all about it until the rule of two comment...she better not get to be president or she'll pass more insane laws than what Bush has managed to push through.
Wait what? The executive branch can't pen legislation...
writing and passing into law are two VERY different things.
