LA newegg, fry's and microcenter where i plan to buy.
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

I'm looking to build this pc to last me while and be able to play the latest games and up coming games like bf3, diablo. i will crossfire in the future. suggestions are welcomed.

hd: looking for a 1tb or a 2tb this will for the main
ssd: a 120gb would be great if it can be worked into my budget
monitor: a 27 or 24 led if possible but not required
cpu cooling: h80 or h100 not sure yet
keyboard: razer ultimate black widow or the corsair fps when it comes out.

I recommend getting the Core i5 2500K + Asus P8Z68-V Pro Intel Z68 ATX Motherboard combo at Microcenter for $170. The Asus P8Z68-V Pro mobo is a solid mobo. GPU and PSU seem all right.

HDD wise, I recommend this as its one of the fastest consumer grade hard drives out now:
$65 - Hitachi Desktar 7K1000.D HDS721010DLE630 1TB SATA 6.0Gb/s Hard Drive

SSD wise, I recommend this:
$198 - Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" 128GB SSD
