Issue with fresh built computer

Is there a way to test the PSU?

I have 3 of these cases and none of them had an issue.
 
Use a digital multi-meter on the different rails and see if they're within ATX specs.
 
Will do. I'm going to swap out the ram once I pick up the computer from him... This is a never ending nightmare.
 
Swapped the ram for him, its working so far (2 days) and no complaints from him yet... I hope this was the issue.
