ISO vs. MKV

I guess I'll just ask this here, does anyone else have problems with .mkv's of blurays desyncing audio when skipping chapters? My system works properly occasionally, but mostly ends up playing the audio at 2x so it sounds like chipmunks (but audio still starts roughly at the right timing). Using the newest haali's splitter and mpc-hc 1586 on a fresh W7 x64 install, but I've had the same problem for a year or more across various installs and software versions so I've stuck with iso's

I noticed that the audio/video have to re-sync for a few seconds after I skip to a particular scene in the video. But, then it's right back aligned.

I could live with that if it ever happened for me, but it takes a restart of the movie from the beginning to fix.
