Is this worth build worth 200 ?

hey these are the specs to a computer someones posting on craigs list and im just seeing if the specs are worth the price

amd sempron 3100+ 1.8ghz
Legit Registered copy of windows xp pro
chaintech vnf3-250 754 motherboard
chaintech sa5500-nvidia geforce fx5500 256mb ddr sdram gfx card
1 gig corsair ddr ram
coolermaster centurion case
fast 16x/40x nec dual layer dvdr / cdr burner
thermalright XP-90 heatsink + panaflow fans(quiet)
80gb western digital harddrive

Will it play wow maxed out ? Or at least Very well ?
 
$200 is probably reasonable, given it would probably take at least that to rebuild it.

If you want it to play WoW reasonably, then overclock the processor and replace the video card.
 
Are you buying this PC for someone? Because you already have a rig more than capable of running Wow at max settings.

i have seen Wow being played on integrated graphics so that video card should be a small step up from integrated graphics. As long as you keep the settings low though, it should be ok. Though in those heavy areas with lots of players, it may slow down.
 
Make sure you get the media and Certificate of Authenticity with that XP License -- otherwise, the system isn't really worth buying, imo.
