vcore: 1.55V
3.3V: 3.31V
+5V: 5.08V
+12V: 12.38V

My last PSU had +12V constantly between 12.2 and 12.366V for years. Is 12.38 on this one too high?

not too high and those results aren't to be trusted if derived from software or bios. A multimeter hooked to a molex will give a much more accurate reading. If your system is otherwise stable then worry not my friend ;)

Where would one aquire one of these multimeters in the UK? and about how much are they?
