Is this Power Supply enough.

I overestimated my old power supply. Recently it died on me and I still don't know if all my components work.

I'm on a tight budget so I was looking at this

Rosewill "Stallion" 450w

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182075

Currently my setup is this:

Foxconn A7GM-S
AMD Athlon X2 6000+. Not OC'd
ASUS ATI Radeon HD 4850
2 IDE drives
1 DVD drive

The only thing I would plan on upgrading with this power supply is swapping out my old IDE drives for 1 SATA.

So what do you think?

No. Rosewill's PSUs are hit or miss, more often miss. You can tell that that particular model is an older design because it has a voltage selector switch, meaning it lacks APFC, so it is most likely not up to the task of handling a modern system, at least not with sufficient reliability. I suggest you go with this PSU instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139008
