$500 but i dont think i can get a decent build with that low of a price

1 19' right now but will want to 2 - 22 monitors in the future

As soon as i come up with the money

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?

I can get windows 7 pro - 64bit from where i work.

You could build a computer for under/around $500, but you'll have to make some compromises in certain areas.

Before I forget: Which model is the Antec PSU you plan on reusing? How long have you had it for? Which specific hard drives do you plan on (re-)using for this build?

Oh and contrary to your thoughts, you can build a pretty decent system for $500 these days. Especially if you live near a Fry's or a Microcenter.
