Is this a good PSU?

Nope, not a good PSU IMO. No info about the actual OEM behind the PSU and no figures on how much wattage is available on the +12V rail. Would not use the PSU in that case/PSU combo.

So definitely recommend a better PSU like this lovely Corsair:

Thanks, that Corsair PSU is what I have, I'm going to get it off buy.com though since it's cheaper.
 
If you are on a really tight budget, I have used this cheapy in 6 PCs. I have one at home that is over a year old, and running an X2 3800, and a 7800GT, 2GB RAM, 1 HDD, 2 CD/DVD, 3 fans, and a CCFL light. Its only 18A on the 12V, but seems pretty good. Definitely better than the one in that case. The manufacturer website doesn't even show the case w/ a PSU.
