Is this a good deal?

I recently sold my sig rig (see sold) and now that mw2 and bc2 are out I really regret it. I really wanna play these games so I'm looking for a budget build. I don't want to build my own with the latest and greatest because I know I won't be playing for more than a month or two and than wait for the next great MP FPS to come out.

Anyways, this is a comp I saw on ebay:

good deal? what kinda questions should I ask the guy. The case has me worried for airflow.

Seems like an OK deal, but bear in mind that it is a barebones computer...you will need to spend more money on it before it's good to go.

Honestly, just peruse FS/FT, you will probably come across a better deal if you are specifically looking for a pre built machine.

I think allI have to get a 4870 or a maybe a 4870x2 which can be had for 100-200 now.
 
Ask "Which Antec 500W PSU?" Some Antec 500W PSU models are crap and some are very good.
 
how much has he used it? could determine how much longer that OCed core has
 
is your current setup a laptop?

After looking at the pics I noticed a couple things. First off it appears to be an Antec Earthwatts 500w psu but, the sleeving doesnt look normal. At the top it looks like none of the wires are sleeved. The 2nd thing I noticed is the cpu cooler. I think he mentions stock cooler but the sticker on the top of the cooler looks to be anything but stock intel.

looks like normal antec earthwatts sleeving to me (sleeving never goes into the psu, only the main ATX connector is sleeved, and its a black/red sleeving with either red or black heatshrink).
