Is there a way to merge 2 partitions of the HDD without effecting any other partition

I have a HDD with 4 partitions... one of the partition has my data its E: one... i have installed my windows in C:... but C is a pretty small partition 5 GB ... the partition D is also small of 5 GB... i want them to be merged... but i don't want to loose data on E:... is there a way...

ps. actually i never like partition magic so i always use to do partition through fdisk or during windows installation ... but windows doesn't allowed me to delete both of these partition and merged them together...

Any help will be appreciated especially if u have done some work like this.

Yes, you can do that with partition tragic. I also think you can do that with Acronis trueimage too..
