Is OCZ Powerstream 520 not enough?

I have the system in my sig. My old Antec SL400 wasnt cutting it so I bought a Powerstream 520 thinking 520 watts would be plenty.

Everything runs fine, but as soon as my video card kicks in it works for a minute or less and freezes up. Is this due to not enough voltage? (it works fine on stock)

And also, can adjusting the rails on my PSU help or do i need to return it and get the 600?

It's more than enough for your system. Ever think it might be from you flashing your card to an ultra? Just a thought... Everybody wants something for nothing.

Well its been flashed to an ultra for 8 months or so and on my P4 rig it was stable as a rock. I dont even think that i changed the voltage...but ill double check that when i get home.

Its just since i got this AMD system that its been acting up.

Also, what are adjustable rails for anyways?

ok i got home and flashed the card back to GT just to take it out of the equasion. I fired up GTA:SA to stress test it...and it playes fine for 40 seconds or so then the video crashes, the sound of the car loops, but the radio keeps going while he is talking and then on to a song...then the computer reboots itsself after like a minute.

WTF? This leads me to think that power is fine, because the sound kept playing...any ideas?

The Powerstream 520 should be plenty to power your system overclocked or not. The adjustable rails allow you to use a multimeter and fine tune how much power is going to each rail if any of them are too low or high. Was your AMD system running fine with the old Antec before you swapped it to the Powerstream? If it was fine before the PSU swap I would guess that you need to RMA the Powerstream, but not necessarily upgrade to the 600. If the old Antec 400 was stable, then a non-defective Powerstream 520 can do quite a bit better.

no, the antec 400 watt would cut out as soon as the video card kicked in...prompting me to get a new PSU. Now there is kindof the same situation except it takes a 40 seconds or so then dies...
