Is it me or are the textures in Rage blurry?

Rage was designed on consoles, consoles made in like 2006 I believe.

No, things need to be confirmed to be confirmed. Like, for instance, Carmack saying "I'm not happy with the AMD drivers". That would serve as confirmation to the claim that he isn't happy with the drivers.

Carmack was quoted in a tweet saying "the patch was ready but they were waiting for AMD to release a working (better?) driver." That was before Xmas if I remember correctly? I guess you can read between the lines...
 
I think what was actually said was that they were waiting for the AMD OpenGL drivers to "get more stable" before releasing a patch.

Not sure when that was said, though.
