Is Deepcool Xfan silent or loud?

They look like cheap garbage. I wouldn't expect them to be quiet.

Of course, looks can be deceiving, and "quiet" and "loud" are very subjective words...

It looks like the first video shows them in open air. Most fans, even cheapies, will be pretty quiet in open air. The second link shows the fans up against a honeycomb grille. Most fans, even expensive ones, will be noisy up against a honeycomb grille.

see, they make that spider shape looking RGB fan, so I thought deepcool knows something. But you're right, the price is so cheap, it can't be good, it's only $5
 
i have bough some cheap ass fans before and almost always the rule is more airflow = loud less airflow = quiet. of course really nice fans may push the border abit but if you want a quiet fan it wont move much air and you can buy a jet engine that will be heard rooms over.
 
I Just want a nice LED fan that does NOT use a controller, so no RGB for me. So far, I can't find a good one.
