Help with Psu for this system. Best bang for buck!

8gb Patriot viper DDR2 1066 @ 2.1v
1x HD 4850 (crossfire in future)
1x wd640 Black
1x asus DVD buner
5x 120mm fan
1x 140mm fan
NZXT Sentry LX

Headroom for OC & future GPU etc.
 
Yes a quality 550W PSU is more than enough for that system. So yes the BFG LS-550 PSU I recommended to you over at JonnyGuru.com forums will be enough as it is a good quality PSU.
 
Second that ^

A good power supply should be adequate, look at my sig... I'm running a 300W PSU fine with a 8800GS overclocked.
