• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Been setting up my new system this weekend and I am having some problems with IRQ assignments. Everything is fine and all parts are on thier own IRQ according to system information until I put in my PCI 6 PORT USB card, which then decides to share 3 different IRQ's, namely the GFX card, the Soundcard and the modem, I am not happy with this at all [Frown] IRQ's 2 - 7 are unassigned.
Now my technique has been to install windows (XP PRO) with the absolute minimum hardware attached and then add in components one at a time as I am under the impression this is the best way of installing, am I wrong?
Or on the other hand does it really matter that they are sharing under XP?, I have read a great deal on the net that leads me to believe I may be worrying for nothing.
Any comments?
thanks,
Dano.
