iPod sync software besides iTunes?

Looking for some software to sync my iPod Nano, it's a newer one that can't be modded with Rockbox.

I'm currently using YamiPod and noticed I can't put videos on the iPod with it.

I paid $20 for the iPod, and $11.34 shipped for a replacement LCD display, so I'm not looking to purchase any software, it has enough money put into it's dented case as is.

I love MediaMonkey, I've been very happy with it since I started using it a few months ago to sync my iPod touch... I still use iTunes to sync videos though as MediaMonkey only handles music. From what I read on the Songbird page it doesn't handle videos either, could be wrong. You can't just drag and drop stuff with the Nano? I thought only the touch lacked a hard drive mode, or do iPods w/a hard drive mode actually only reserve some space for hard drive usage but still require software to sync music/videos?

Ah, that sucks. Well, please post back here if you find something that'll sync videos (and may potentially work w/the touch too), as that's the only thing I really use iTunes for anymore, to sync the occasional video to my iPod touch.
