haven't found a single app that doesn't work, it is definitely slower on my ipad air though.
I'm running 9 beta 1 on my 6. The number of apps that don't work is amazing. I going back to 8.4 tonight.
Any reason why you haven't update to one of the newer betas?
He probably means public beta 1, as opposed to developer beta 3.
I seem to be having a few crashes when using the mail app with Public Beta 2, but the new Reader app works now!
The latest beta is noticeably faster and smoother than the previous ones.
Anybody try the 9.1 beta yet? The changes that have been found didn't seem that significant, but the update is 1.4gb.
No sense for me to screw with 9.1 Public Beta for new emojis.
That's what I'm thinking too. The update is 1.4gb, seems that there is a lot more in the update besides emoji.
Of course there's more in the update than just some new emoji. Why would they bother to issue a point update just for emoji? But hey, people click stories about them, so news sites write them.
Features include Apple Pencil support, Unicode 8 (reported as "new emoji" when it's more than just that), APIs for Live Photos and 3D Touch, and reported performance improvements over iOS 9 GM.
For what it's worth - I am finding 9.1 to be much improved over 9.0.
