Coming from someone who is running a 9800X3D in an AsRock X870E Nova board I haven’t had any issues. I have flashed to the latest bios and keep an eye on voltages and never see anything out of the ordinary. I think it does go further than the AsRock only issue and maybe it’s a 9800X3D issue. Nobody really knows unfortunately. All I can recommend is what I stated above. Grab the latest bios and keep an eye on things. I do have Expo enabled also btw.
