Invalid System Disk problem

I've got a pc that is rebooting overnight and displaying this error:

Invalid system disk, replace the disk and then press any key.

It's not doing it all the time...just periodically. It has done it the last to nights. I've run SpeedFan on it and I'm not getting any type of SMART errors. I did have Diskeeper 10.x set to auto defrag my hd's at night and kind of wondered if that might be playing some kind of a part in it. I have turned that off and it is still doing it.

Suggestions?

Thanks!

anything in the event log ?

Well, I checked under the Event Viewer and it's not showing anything. I've got a couple of errors, but that's from where I had to reboot this morning...PC Anywhere not starting and a paging error on the cdrom drive. But didn't see anything prior to that that would have been anything between the time I left yesterday and came in this morning and started up the pc.

ouch, no clue except to do the standard stuff,

make sure all the connectors are snug.
download and run the manuf diagnostics.
scandisk
chkdisk
fixmbr from recovery console if you are desperate.

oops scratch the above, I have no experience with raid 0 or that board.
