DFI doesn't list it, but...

EVGA is listing these as supported on X58
Gigabyte has W series Xeon support on X58
Asus has a lot of Xeon support on X58, though this model isn't listed, its series is

That pattern being what it is, it's possible. Likely a matter of BIOS support. If you want to be sure ask DFI. I'd be interested in the real answer ;)
 
DFI has stopped making their enthusiast mobos, so I wouldn't count on an updated bios, unfortunately.

It *should* work, but there aren't any guarantees unless DFI specifically mentions it in your bios.

When overclocking you should be able to get at least a 20x multiplier out of it. Possibly 21x. If your mobo can force turbo modes.
