Intel Raid 5 capability for online expansion

Quick question. Does the intel rapid storage solution for Raid 5 allow for online expansion. In otherwords, can I add a drive to an existing Raid 5 array without deleting the existing data and starting from scratch. I'm looking at getting a Z68 chipset for an upgrade and was wondering if I needed to buy all the drives I will require immediately or if I can just buy 3 of the 4 I'd use in raid and then add a 4th when drives come down in prices.

Any help would be great.
