Intel Q9300 overclocking question

Hey

Im wondering how far I can/should go with overclocking my Intel Quad Q9300 (775 socket) and my memory.

At the moment I got it on 3.4ghz (455 x 7.5) and the memory on 1091 I think (up from 1066), it has been running stable for a year now with these clocks. The tempratures H/W Monitor shows on the cores is 51-60 under load on the cores which is ok I guess, I have a good cooler on the CPU and in general good AIr ventilatIon in the case etc. And I have not touched voltages at all in the bios.

My system is something like this:
Intel Quad q9300
Asus P5Q Motherboard
Corsair Dominator 5-5-5-15 1066 @ 1091
XFX Radeon HD 5870 @ 875core 1250mem
Corsair 750w PSU

I had a very similar setup, and I found that I couldn't get much more of an OC than that. Around 470mhz, the CPU wouldn't go any higher. I ended up getting a Q9550 instead. The 7.5 multiplier is a killer sometimes.
