Andross182 said:too bad this board will be outdated as soon as the 985 chipset comes out. And knowing intels history will be about 3 months! But it is a nice board for intel...
I have heard this too, but lets cross our fingers that it is true. I have not been happy with Intel's super fast chipset refreshes lately.Poncho said:965 will be the next chipset released, you won't see 985 for another year and a half at least.

Lazy_Moron said:I see Newegg finally listed this board on there site even though its not in stock. Just one question, does this board support Crossfire? According to Newegg it has 1 x16 slot, 1 x8 slot and 1 x4 slot. Im assuming it does, because if im not mistaken, Crossfire divides the 2 x16 slots into 2 x8 slots, so basically the x16 slot will be lowered to a x8 slot. Am I correct?
2 PCI Express controllers in the MCH enable either 1 x 16 or 2 x 8 operation for the 16 PCI Express lanes.
