I'm going to be [too] honest...

I'm really only interested in it because of:

a) stability
b) stock speed
c) the black PCB is a perfect accent a planned case mod...
 
That board will do it, but prepare to pay extra for it. The ABIT IC7 is a good alternative if you want to go 3rd party.

Asus P4C800 would be good too.
 
personally, I'd sell the 2.8C and get an 805D with a mobo. Just my $0.02 ;).
