Intel 320 series Model Differences?

I just purchased on bf that intel deal for the 320 160gb.

I noticed the rebates are different for these two models:

SSDSA2CW160G3K5 vs SSDSA2CW160G3B5

Is there a difference between the B and the K? The price of the k series seems $10 cheaper while the B rebate gives $130 back as opposed to K's $120.

Any help would be appreciated!
 
Yeah, one comes with a data transfer kit, it's just a USB/SATA adapter and drive imaging software.
