How can I be sure I'm using my AGP card as opposed to the integrated graphics? I Upgraded to a Core 2 and a 1950 pro (no flame wars regarding 1950 pro vs pci-e stuff, please) and while the new numbers are good (and the IQ is nice - upgraded from an x800 pro), my ASUS Probe app is saying that the AGP slot is "available."
Is this monitor just wrong? I installed the Cat 6.11 drivers, and the hardware is listed as the 1950 pro under the Cat Control Center, but the motherboard probe stating that the slot is available has me a bit freaked out and worried that it's just the processor picking up the slack (getting the damn thing to post was a bit trying as well, adding to the confusion).
I'm plugged into the DVI port on the back of the 1950 as I type, if that's a useful additional piece of information.
Edit: Can't type
