4GB Kingston Memory
40GB WD
400GB Seagate
DVD-RW
Radeon X800

My computer has stopped shutting down...screen will go blank but the fans keep moving...sometime when I unplug and replug it, the lights of the case will flicker endlessly. I'm thinking my PSU needs more juice, but this happened with 1 HD and no Video Card as well.

Any ideas?

The PSU is a Coolermaster 350w PSU...I must have deleted that part because I swear I remember typing it.
