Image artifacts... messed up video card?

Video card going out or something? Ive never had an issue where it would just render images badly like this. It does it on just about everything that loads from the internet sometimes (web pages, steam, etc). I dont recall ever seeing a messed up image on anything that was stored on my local hard drive.

Have you tried reformatting? Should always start off with that to eliminate it potentially being any software issues.

Ive been debating on trying Windows8 which would give me a reason to reformat...

I completely uninstalled and removed all traces of nvidia drivers and reinstalled the newest ones. I may try installing Windows8 this weekend and see if it still happens.

It does seem like a driver issue...

Keep the Windows 7 disks handy.
