I'm having trouble viewing the "Submit Thread" buttons.

Is anyone else here showing black-on-black buttons under the text window. I have to press my face up to the screen to read which button to click to submit my thread.

Please advise.
 
From time to time I also see some strange things going on with the graphic also.

That looks to be a client end problem. We do not have those files on our server. Clean your cache?
