You can most definitely do better than Antec PSUs. I'm a big fan of certain specific models from various manufacturers but my favorite brand overall is going to be either Corsair or PC Power & Cooling.

Corsair is better than OCZ as well. You really can't go wrong with any of Corsair's PSUs.
