IE7 RC1 [H] Issues

I am not sure if you maintain hardfolding or not (I'm guessing no?), but with IE7RC1, the site doesn't scroll "smoothly". For instance, I'll scroll down the page and it takes a few seconds to "catch-up" and repaint. Opera 9 and IE6 both work fine for hardfolding, and it seems like the forums and HardOCP main page work fine too with IE7, just not hardfolding.

Works fine for me

Yep, nothing to do with that. Go hit the DC forum and let King know what you are seeing. Thanks.

Something is seriously wrong. The Folders are from Opera and the black is my wallpaper.

Is this happening only when you visit hardocp?

No. It starts up like that. However, I have determined that the black around the tab bar area is not from my wallpaper. It's just black.

I've removed Google Toolbar but the black bar is still there:

Oh and the gold text you see is also from another wallpaper I have.

thanks, we are looking for problems specific to HardOCP that we have some control over fixing.

I'm using IE7 5536.16385, it's the default with the PreRC1 build of Vista, and I get incredible slow-down when on the [H]ard|OCP mainpage but only at the top area - perhaps the flash elements cause a problem?

Anything previous to RC1 is irrelevant to us, but thanks.

I've been using Vista/IE7 RC1 all day. The only thing I notice is that when scrolling with my mousewheel, it will click down, there will be black for a second, and then it will render it. I think it might have to do with all the flash stuff and some video card driver issues I'm having. I'll try this on another system later this week. So far, so good.

I actually get that too sometimes (minor slow-downs though), but with Opera also. I'll check it later with IE6 on my other computer.
