IE7: No Right Click if 6 or more tabs are open

Ok this one has me stumped.

I am using Internet Explorer 7 and when I have 6 websites open in tabs, the right click menu no longer works. I am refering to the right click menu like on a picture to save it, on a link to open it or copy it, etc.

Now if I close one of the six tabs, the right click menu starts working again. This really has me stumped, and as you can imagine, Googling for something like this brings up tons of useless information.

Does anyone have any ideas?

OS: Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition SP2 x86-32bit.

IE7: 7.0.5730.11
 
More info, I noticed that IE7 will not load a 7th webpage either.

Sorry, but I don't like Firefox, and I would rather just get IE7 working properly as it does on every other computer I use.
