Help us out by answering the sticky questions. And when answering question 3, please let us know which stores you're buying parts from (in addition to Scan).

The parts that you've chosen so far look fine, but try to look for RAM that runs at 1.5V.

What's the specific model number of the Cooler Master power supply and how long have you used it?

Again, the parts that you've chosen look fine.

I have some reservations about the RAM because it runs at 1.65V, which Intel designated as the limit for safe operation with the Core i3/i5/i7 processors (specifically, the last generation). The only 1.5V DDR3 1600 RAM kits that I was able to find on Scan were for the 8GB kits, which would obviously push you over your budget. (Unfortunately, I don't have time to search other sites for 1.5V RAM.)
 
The G.Skill Ripjaws RAM is a good DDR3 set and is one that we often recommend here. (The specs show that it runs at 1.5V.)

I personally have an issue with the power supply as it has relatively low power in its 12V rails (combined, they offer up to 38A) for a 600 watt PSU. Its age may also become a factor should you decide to buy a new video card later on. Since you're not having any trouble with it, I believe that you could hold off on purchasing a new one until the time that you decide on buying a new video card. But if you have the funds for it, I recommend replacing it ASAP.

however i got paid today, so its defo happening but i have 2 questions.

Also i'm considering getting get the Asrock P67 pro 3 instead of the Asus board as its cheaper. I have read reviews in the board and it seems to OC fine etc, i know it has less USB 3.0 but end of the day i only really ever have three USB 2.0 peripherals plugged in, Mouse, keyboard and external sound card.

Also i will defo get the Hyper cooler over the Arctic

Don't go for ANY AsRock mobo over £60 as AsRock only provides a one year warranty for their products. That's the main reason why that AsRock is so much cheaper. That and the quality as well.
