I am looking for a good system monitor sidebar type thing

Hey everyone, I just came across this picture and I am wondering if anyone knows what utility is being used to monitor this system? See it on the right....

Or maybe someone has suggestions of another utility such as the one above, or like asus probe 2. Preferably, I am looking for one that will monitor a dual core, showing the two different CPUs like above.
