Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I had a chance to compare speeds on the same WU, on the same mobo, with identical CPUs, other than one was an i5-2400 which has no HT, and a Xeon E3 1220 which has HT.
The retail Xeon E3-1220 does not have hyper-threading BTW. Probably bad for Google if people see this post about the engineering sample chip you are using.
I am actually doing a few folding benchmarks of the chips + a X8DTH-6F with dual E5606's, Core i7 Sandy Bridge CPUs, and the new E3-1280 (benchmarks like the above for the E3-1280 should go up Monday).
I will say that the Core i7-2600K @ 4.4GHz is significantly faster then the dual E5606's.
