New Battle Royale from Ubisoft. Looks to have a lot of influences from other BR games on the market, especially Apex Legends. The game is using the same gimmick that Valorant used to get access to the "technical test" of the game.

UBI really? Looks like they finally dropped the serious side.
I hope the maps are small not these football field things they have in Apex legends.
 


No Thanks they market this as Battle Royale vacant building weapon finder simulator. Just because you get a jump on another player doesnt make you a good player.
 
Watching streams of it for the last hour. It's closer to Apex Legends than any other BR. It's ultra fast paced. I've only seen one map type, a megalopolis. Fortunately none of the buildings are super tall like you see in CoD Warzone. The map size seems large, but moving around in this game is insane. You can literally point and click and get there in seconds. The collapse is also fast, so much that you're always on the move. This game makes Apex seems slow.

Still trying to figure out of the map is randomly generated or at least parts of it mixed up.

That video is a shit representation of the game. How many were on that server? 10? 20? Looks like a private server only populated by PC Gamer employees.

Go watch a stream of a public server with 100 players. While camping is a thing, this game is not a snoozefest in its natural state.
 
This game has really good performance for a battle royals. The main down side is what a joke it is from a skill stand point. They have all this great speed and action but then they ruin it by having a bottomless pit mini gun and aim assist.

The low skill cap seems to be the biggest complaint about the game right now.
