HTPC Video Card choice

Which would do better in my Windows XP Media Center HTPC for a video choice? I have 2 cards that are free.
ATi x800GT 256mb or a Nvidia 9500GT 512mb card
I need to upgrade to one of these 2 so I can get the HDCP out of it for when I get a BDRom to watch bluray's.
 
Go with the 9500GT. However, IIRC, not all 9500GT were HDCP ready. But it's still a better choice than the x800GT.
 
This is the model number. VCG95512gxpb
Newegg has it listed as a HDCP. I found the 1gig version on PNY's site and it is also. I was thinking the 9500GT was going to be my choice also. I dont know that much about the x800's so I wasnt sure. I dont think the memory on the card would have been a deciding factor for what I want to use it for.
