I recently bought a laptop wiht a 3.2ghz p4 wiht HT, should i turn it on or not. if so, wexactly how do i do it?
 
Why do you want to turn it off?!?!?! Its nice to have. Really helps with multi-tasking. If you really want to turn it off, you go into the BIOS to turn it off. I suggest leaving it on though!!
 
HT has a negligable simple app performance impact and greatly smooths multitasking.

You turn it on and off in Bios. Definitely leave it on.
