I have a machine a lady brought me that just boots up and says a file missing... no biggie right? Just do a Windows repair.... BUT.....

I can't get a keyboard to work.... my PS/2 keyboard just blinks the lights once and nothing, and my USB one doesn't do anything. Borked mobo? Any other ideas?(I tried removing battery and letting sit for a minute, and tried reseating ram)
 
See if you can try other keyboards. Also, does the keyboard work once you're loaded up during the windows install?
