i believe it only has 2 3.5" drive bays which would limit your ability to increase storage...

it would be fine for backups only, i wouldn't use it as my SageTV server or running Home Automation off of it or anything

As far as looks go, yes, I think it looks good. However, as far as functionality goes, I have no clue if it fits your needs.

I'm not sure about that model, as I'm using the 4 bay model, but if you ever have any trouble with it, the HP Customer Support Manager sits a few rows over from me. I can get you talking directly with him if need be.
