How to set-up RAID?

So I just acquired two Intel 520 240GBs to replace my Vertex 2 as a Steam/Game drive. I've never used RAID before and I want to do it with these two 520's. I think on my motherboard I can only do it on two of the ports.

I have the following ports:
Intel® P67 Express Chipset
2 xSATA 6.0 Gb/s ports
Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Support RAID 0,1,5,10
(gray)
4 xSATA 3.0 Gb/s ports (blue)

Marvell® PCIe 9128 SATA 6Gb/s controller with HyperDuo function*
2 xSATA 6.0 Gb/s ports (navy blue)

I've disabled my Marvell ports and I don't want or plan to use them. How do I even start and where do I begin? Any help is much appreciated thanks!
