How to sell a Downloadable Game

I have got a downloadable game with purchase of new GTX 770 (Watch Dogs) and would like to sell it. Do I download the game first or send the code to buyer. Don' want to get stuck in this situation

You dont download it. You send the code to the buyer, buyer will download it.

I would only sell to someone with good heat. They can claim that the code didn't work and then try to get their money back.

In addition please make sure that the person KNOWS the difference between a boxed game and downloaded one.
