How to remove my old Cooler Master Hyper TX3

Hey gang, so I am replacing my 8 year old fan and before I destroy the motherboard figured Id take a minute to ask how I am supposed to remove the clips holding the heatsink to the mobo. Cant seem to find any instructions since this thing is so old. I'm sure its super easy but any help is appreciated.
