If you’ve spent any time on an internet forum somewhere, you've probably already witnessed what it takes to be a tech blowhard, but this is still pretty funny anyways.

Focus on the targets that everyone follows--Google, social networking, Apple. In fact, why not blurt "Is Apple becoming Google, or is it the other way around?" during the next break at a conference. People will be flocking to you like you're Uri Geller.

Is Microsoft going to become popular in the same way that the RIAA has? Or will they soar to new heights with the anticipated release of Vista's successor?

...hey, that was pretty easy

I usually just blurt out stuff about the [H] and people are impressed. :)

I tried that too but the results were negative. I approached a girl and said I was [H]ard, and she slapped me and called me a pervert and stomped away.

sigh..

Nobody understands me.

You did it wrong. You have to form the brackets around the H with your thumb and forefinger when you do it. ;)

There are times I actually like these type of people. It's funny to see them deflate or get flustered when they can't back up their statements with cold hard proof. Even if the blowhard doesn't seem too fazed, at least some of the people listening to the blowhard realize the stupidity of the comments which tarnishes the blowhard's reputation.

Unfortunately, this normally doesn't work all that well as an anonymous poster on the internet, but the effect is great when in a real life situation. I've knocked a few people off their pedestal doing this. :D
