How often do you disassemble your loop?

I try to take mine apart and clean it every 6-8 months complete breakdown and flushing of pump, blocks, tubing and rad.

Generally I replace the tubing and the clamps when I do this.

I break it all down on a 6 month basis just to flush. i use a innovatech clear external resevoir so i can see cloudy buildup and use this as my indicator.

Whenever I make a change to the loop, which seems to be fairly often.

Only when I change the loop. When I took mine apart a couple of weeks ago (re-assembling later today with some new parts) it was still clean as a whistle, with just a slight discolouration of the tubing from the anti-algae additive.

Exactly. I have a bad habit of changing out blocks and fittings on a regular basis. I think its not unheard of for most people to wait 9-12 months between cleaning as long as you keep an eye out that the loop doesn't have "floaties" in the tubes. :D

I put my first loop together months ago and I seem to change something in it like every few weeks. I;m about ready just to start buying tubing by the 100' spool since I can't stop changing things.

I usually refit when I replace the major components, so I guess once a year or so. If I have a problem, like my tubing gets nasty, I swap out right then.

My loop never last more than a few weeks until it is broken down and changed some how.

dito

Though since I end up fairly regularly taking something out of the loop to tinker with (waterblock lapping, gcard block reseating etc) The water tends to be constantly 'updated' with fresh stuff so it tends to stay good. :p

Only time i have had to break mine down was when changing stuff. I have a mountainmods 3bay res for each loop so its easy to tell if its getting nasty.
